Module 4: I Am Burned Out and It’s Not My Fault

I am burned out.

​

Not tired.
Not dramatic.
Not “needing to recharge.”

​

Burned out.

​

From holding too much.
From pretending it’s fine.
From being useful to systems that would keep asking
until nothing was left.

​

I have been the calm one.
The reliable one.
The one who doesn’t need much.

​

And I am at the edge now.

​

This is not because I didn’t drink enough water.
This is not because I failed to meditate.
This is not because I need a better planner.

​

This is because I’ve been absorbing chaos
without protection,
without pause,
without being witnessed.

​

And the truth is:

This is more than anyone should have to carry.

​

So I am saying it now—

​

Even if no one else sees it.
Even if nothing changes today.
Even if I still have to show up tomorrow.

​

I am burned out.
And it’s not my fault.

​
